Lent laptop from the labor market espionage?

I do my training through a foundation and have got a laptop from this foundation. I would like to use the laptop as a second screen at home, so I wanted to ask whether the foundation can use a program on the laptop to control what I'm doing on it. Had to sign a contract with the rental company to use the laptop exclusively for educational purposes. But since I use it as a second screen, it will certainly happen that I play a game or hang around on social media. When starting the laptop you have to log in with your login data and you can't install any other programs yourself, you need the admin's PW. Serious comments only, I know about laptops and etc. Not really that.

They shouldn't do that at all.

If so, just install another hard drive.

Without going into great detail, I don't know of any laptop that makes its screen available for free use. HDMI, DVI, VGA, … On the laptop there are only outputs, no inputs.

Can you control yourself when you want, yes. Will you bother? Hardly likely.

That's not a good idea. Usually the BIOS is configured in such a way that everything is blocked when the hardware is replaced!

Fr

I did not know that.

So I wouldn't do that! Only use the laptop for what is permitted and get a monitor privately!
