Explain the error message to me?

I have an old MEDION Akoya E6422 laptop from 2015 and have been getting this error message for several years with "heavy loads" or longer use. First the screen freezes, then Windows has to be restarted and then this picture appears, the "Save & Exit" column does not help either. It only helps to press the power button until the laptop is off.
Since this year this has happened more and more often up to 3-4 times a day, even if I only watch a film for 2 hours🤷🏼♀️

The computer is in the BIOS, which is the basic internal setting in older models. At the bottom right you can see how to deal with it. Attention: the key assignment is the English one, the Z of the German assignment is a Y, the Y is assigned with Z.

If you change something (e.g. The date!), You have to exit with the F10 key, otherwise with ESC on the far left.

The RAM memory may not be big enough when you are watching movies, hence the interruptions.

I don't know when you took the photo, so time. But what is definitely wrong is the system date. September 1st, 2021 is still a long way off. And if the month and day are swapped, then January 9th, 2021 was already.

Maybe you can remedy this if you set the date and time correctly. Maybe that's why your system is complaining?

If it happens often that the date or time is wrong, you have to change the BIOS battery.
