I already ordered 2 - 3 things. There used to be a kind of gold level for ordering, where you were preferred as an orderer and got special extra features to order. This could be saved, however, because it never worked completely for me. And as I have seen, this gold level no longer exists as an orderer.
The prices are normal and competed with Mindfactory. The delivery times are not as fast as on Amazon or Alternate. The support at NBB is good, but so far I have only used it once.
What I really like is the forum for the individual products. If you have questions about the product before or after, you can ask questions directly about the product, similar to Alternate. NBB even has dedicated employees for this. At Alternate, "only" Alternate customers will respond.
The payment methods are also different, and there's something for every taste.
You can also bend it, one test is 9 and the other is even 13 years old.
