I just wanted to play Rainbow Six Siege but have very little fps has it to do with the fact that my graphics card is full? There are only a few programs on the laptop and it is still full even though the laptop is about 1 month old.
The graphics card can't be full… There's nothing to do… There's only the hard drive or the working memory which could cause a low fps number… In addition, R6S is a demanding game… Most laptops (even the 'gaming' laptops) are rather less for games so exhausting designed… If you want to play something like this I recommend a pc… You can assemble it yourself and upgrade it if necessary… Mine cost me almost 800 euro and is more than 2 years old… Runs like my first day my baby…
Try to lower your graphics settings, maybe it is due to the fact that a few settings are set to "High" and your GPU can't keep up.
Then the graphics card simply does not have enough power for the desired games.
Reduce settings to a minimum, deactivate V-Sync.
