"Zip file" is not a program and there's no trial version for it.
7-zip is e.g. Free of charge and gets along with zip archives, you can use what you use instead of the program (probably Winzip or Winrar)
Enter the name of the program in the windows search bar and then click on uninstall
Yes. I now have to install a Robot Karol program on the laptop. This RK program is in ZIP. I downloaded it and I can't open it because the version is supposed to be off

So you should install the program "Robot Karol", which is only available as a zip file. Then why delete it?
To install the program you have loaded the installation program "Robot Karol .zip" for the first time. In Win 10 it continues like this:
Right-click on this file and select "Extract"
Leave the storage location as suggested (i.e. The download folder)
After unzipping you will find a file that can be called Install.exe or Setup.exe or "RobotKarol.exe" (this is often very different).
Double click on this… Exe file and then the program "Robot Karol" will be installed and you can use it
then you can simply delete the "Robot Karol.zip".

I don't have the "unzip"
Then download the program https://7-zip.org/a/7z1900-x64.exe, double click on the file:
7z1900-x64.exe
Then the 7-Zip will be installed. Then click on the above "Robot Karol .zip" with the right> mouse button. Then click on "open with…" in the new window, tick the box and select 7-Zip, then click OK.
From now on all… Zip files will be opened with 7-Zip and you can unzip them into a folder of your choice.
