Is there a real bi-directional bluetooth headset adapter?

I'm looking for a small bluetooth adapter that I can plug into the mic / speaker jack on my laptop to connect a headset via bluetooth. The laptop belongs to my employer, Windows 10, I'm just a normal user there, Bluetooth is deactivated and I can only connect a keyboard and mouse to the USB port, everything else is ignored. In no case do I want to "fiddle around" with the settings.

I have a normal corded headset that came with my smartphone. This cable has a four-pole 3.5mm jack plug. So I can make calls via Zoom, but only wired.

In the network I only find unidirectional "transceivers" that can be switched between sending and receiving with a switch, that was not the point. Another device has a four-pin plug - I thought I'd found it - then I saw that the microphone is built into the device and not removed from the headset.

Is there really nothing like that yet?

In fact, I didn't find anything in my search. One possibility would be the following attempt: You buy TWO of the adapters. You put one in RX mode, one in TX mode. Then you still use this adapter:

and the RX comes in green, the TX adapter in pink. Of course, the headset must then be paired with both adapters.

Sorry, but I can't think of anything else in a hurry. If you want to try it, let me know if it was successful.
