I have an Acer laptop and a Microsoft GoPro tablet. I need to transfer files and folders from the laptop to the tablet. The tablet only has a USB-C port. I bought a cable, but the laptop does not recognize the tablet and the tablet does not recognize the laptop.
How do I get the files transferred? It is really urgent! And I'm not an IT specialist, just an user, i.e. I don't speak computer chinese.
When you plug in your cable there should be a notification "Device is charging via USB". You press it and change the mode to transfer files. If dsa doesn't work, just use google drive or any other cloud
The whole thing seems to be a Windows tablet. Windows does not support file transfer via USB cable. An alternative is the environment release from Windows.
Thanks, then I can save myself the purchase of another cable!
Worked! The folder structure is killed, but at least I now have the files available on my trip. Thanks for the quick - understandable - answer!
After extracting, the folder structure was back - not unimportant with over 250 files. So thanks again!
