Acer One 10 Tablet PC Goes Alone?

As can be read in the title is my Tablet PC independently, because I have no idea how such a thing is possible and how I can fix this error I'm looking for help.

Here is the explanation:

After I turned on the netbook I would like to log in with my password or pin, as soon as I click with the mouse in the bar to write it is as if someone simply clicks on the screen (several times in a row) so that I nothing in the bar can write. When I finally manage to log in, I watch the mouse move shut down by itself and my laptop finally shuts down or someone shuts down the shutdown screen (So it looks like somebody is going to do it)

Has anyone an idea what that could be?

AntiViren program is on it, laptop is used only for Google and Netflix otherwise nothing else on it etc.

Please urgently do a malware scan. Download Msert from MS. It's 10 days up to date.

Do not get in the laptop at all. That's the problem.

AV program is on it: so what? What? Have you ever checked your PC for viruses with this program? That an AV program is "on it" means nothing as long as you have not properly configured and started it. Ricardo
