Internet to notebook extremely slow?

I have an Acer Nitro 5 notebook with Win10, a Fritzbox 7430 in the EC and a 16000er line from Vodafone. My notebook in the upper floor hangs over a Powerlan at the Fritz box and normally I get about 12500Mbit purely, which is fully acceptable. Also at the Fritzbox by Wi-Fi is a Sony Smart TV in the EC 4 meters away from the Fritzbox, whereupon my girlfriend often Netflix streams.

Even if she does, I can usually play games like BF5 without much restriction. Now it is but recently so that the Fritzbox apparently changes the download priority arbitrarily. At the moment it is so that the Smart TV pulls the FULL bandwidth and I just come with the notebook and mobile phone on a download of 45 Kb / Sec. This is not even possible to surf and I'm having a hard time uploading this question here ^^

On another day, it is again so that the Smart TV is extremely difficult with the Internet, while the notebook is running great and my girlfriend is annoyed that their stream is not properly buffered. I know the priority settings in the Fritzbox and have already tried everything, but these affect what I know, only the upload and is very good with 2.8Mbit.

I do not know how my Internet behaves like that, does anyone have a hint for me?

If someone uses the Internet hacked or secretly, the internet could be worse, since they use it, there's a program for PC: Who is in my Wi-Fi

I noticed something again. Even if I lock the Smart TV completely in the Fritzbox and the network load according to Fritzbox thus drops to 0, this speed does NOT approve my laptop or mobile phone. The load is at 0, but my downloads are not faster, that can't be

So, I read from your text that you have a 16Mbit / s line and 12 of them arrive. Which is very little for VideoStream with simultaneous gambling without lags. I'm assuming FullHD streams, because there's no solution for 4k. Also, your upload is very small, but that should not be a problem, since you do not use a bandwidth-hungry application.

Although FullHD streams are given at 5Mbps by Netflix, on the one hand it is very tight and on the other hand it is only average. The video is actually downloaded in small blocks and with as much bandwidth as available. In these phases you have gambling lags. Therefore, you should limit to one the maximum bandwidth per client to 10Mbit / s and on the other hand prioritize the important ports for your games. The necessary points can be found in your router under the point QoS (Quality of Service).

Hi, so I'm still not. Couple days went a little better, but yesterday and today it is again so that the mist Sony TV full 15 MBit utilization causes and absolutely nothing works with other devices. I do not get it. Even if I take the TV completely from the network, the other devices get therefore no more bandwidth. It is straight at the notebook simply nailed down to 0.5 Mbit / sec, whether it is the only network device that is online in the house… Am with my Latin at the end
