Laggs, freezes and extremely slow despite new installation and new device?

I got a new notebook (Asus Zephrus GA502DU) some time ago and despite having to reinstall Windows and a new device several times, it is unusable.

I have already tried a lot but unfortunately my notebook reacts extremely slowly. In addition, laggs and freezes occur very often, which also affects audio output with headphones or speakers.

So far I have reinstalled Windows several times and all drivers. I tried it without a driver, but it doesn't help.

An Intel 660p NVMe SSD seems to be installed in this model, but the notebook is extremely slow compared to my Samsung 850 Evo in my main computer. Be it the start menu or the explorer everything takes extremely long. Even my 15 year old notebook responds faster (no kidding, by the way).
