Laptop does not charge - battery is detected?

I really tried everything and can't continue…

Have an Acer Aspire ES1-132 - After I reset it to factory settings, it started.

As soon as I pull out the charging cable he goes out (although he still has 90%). He also does not start without a charging cable and does not come with or under 90% battery.

In addition, the battery always shows only "calculate" (picture is attached)

Have already tried the following:

Reset factory settings
Driver reinstalled
New battery ordered and rebuilt
Windows troubleshooting used
BIOS I can't find any information about it
Battery out and used again

It is Windows 10. In addition, he has no guarantee…

Battery out and cleaned again? If nothing helps, you should give the part in repair.

Made multiple. Has no more guarantee, so would only be too expensive…

You can ask for the price. Maybe just a small thing for the expert. I had already given away a laptop three times. Was not expensive. A new laptop costs many times what I had to spend.

Presumably, the error has nothing to do with the reset. He just happened to happen at the same time. It could be a fault in the charging electronics, so hardware error.
