Is the laptop fan humming?

I wanted to ask what the problem may be, why my fans are humming. At low and higher speeds you hardly notice it, but at some medium speeds, it is extreme. The laptop is an Acer Aspire 7 (17 inch) from 2018. I've had this problem for a long time. Is there any solution to this problem? I have already opened the laptop once to change the thermal paste. However, the humming / vibrating remained the same

The humming is triggered by vibrations from the fan, the thermal grease can't change anything directly. You could try dusting the fan and tightening the screws again. Possibly to be additionally insulated / decoupled.
