Laptop fan regulate speedfan & Co?

I would like to know why my fans are not controllable on my Dell Inspiron 15 gaming laptop. I searched a lot of forums and pages and tried almost everything myself but without success. I have a 4-pin fan connector, it is not.

I would also like to be happy for TeamViewer Helpers.

Which programs have you already tested?

Speedfan, MSI Afterburner, Notebook Fan Control

Thank you for your help. For me it is unfortunately not so detailloert listed. This is probably because my laptop has no controllable fan or that I have a Dell laptop.

I also have a dell. Are you in the user control in it? Do you have the dell option active?

I have taken some pictures now. Have the Dell function on and can control it manually over the percent knob for 1 sec, but then it rises again.
