I would recommend you to look at miser, Mediamarkt is too expensive. For 800 euro, you already get a notebook with a GTX 1050 ti, and this should be installed at least with your requirements.

Just to model with Maya and Solid Works, you need a lot of RAM, 32GB should be enough for now.
For AE you also need a lot of RAM and in addition a dedicated graphics card with as much VRAM.
