Servus.Icha have acer laptop and the problem linking problem element has been moved moved windows .How can i find origin of link?

My laptop works with windows 8.1. I have accidentally deleted uder moved and can no longer find the folders. But i have shortcuts with the folder name. I try to find the right folder by the shortcuts but the message comes up 'The item has been changed or moved ".

Can anyone help me? How can I restore the folders?
