I would like to get a notebook for studying computer science. That's what I would mostly be programming for. Games are not planned. After looking around a bit, I came across the following Acer model:

I think this notebook would quite meet my requirements. Well, I had thought but perhaps to take one with 16GB Ram, the problem: notebooks with approximately the same hardware, just 16GB Ram instead of 8GB, all cost usually more than 1000 euro (at least that I've found), which adds to my budget far exceeds.
My question is, on the one hand, why with a memory upgrade, the price so much (even without additional built GK)?
On the other hand, I wanted to ask if you know models have the 16GB Ram and are in the price range up to 800 euro?
My rough requirements would be:
CPU: actually does not matter, but should be a newer, like the i5-8250U (8th gen) (like from the laptop above)
Graphics card: integrated, since I do not want to play
Ram: 16GB (DDR4 if possible)
long battery life and max. 2.5kg
SSD with 256 - 512GB (HDD is not used)
Resolution: 1920x1080
Diagonal:> = 14 inches
Drive is not needed
Windows does not have to be (this only increases the price)
Here are some laptops that should fit:

I find the Dell very interesting, but if he is worth the extra charge of 100 euro him.

Either you can have the RAM upgrade made by them, or do it yourself and save another 30 euro or so. Just have to look, the availability is currently rather moderate.
The advantage of the ProBook is that it is the cheap business class of HP and not a consumer device like the Aspire. With the business devices, much more emphasis is placed on durability, which are designed to be towed somewhere every day. The consumer boxes are at most designed to be carried from the desk to the couch.
A screen size of only 14 inches would be too low for your purpose. I'd better choose 15.6 inches.
