My laptop (acer aspire) is now about one and a half years old. I usually do not use it that often, maybe three hours a week. I've never had a problem with too much noise, only when it was my turn for hours. I downloaded the sims 4 a few days ago (otherwise I do not play any computer games) and every time I play the game it rushes louder and louder after 5 minutes. Laptop gets hot due to the high performance requirement, and has to cool because otherwise it will break.
A cooling pad with big fans could help.
That a laptop "rushes" would be new, but the rest of the description sounds like a normal fan noise.
