Windows is not running the wireless network service?
For a few days I have had the problem that my Wi-Fi option can no longer be negotiated on my pc. This happened after installing "genshin impact". Since I didn't want to uninstall the huge game immediately, I tried a lot to fix it:
problem handling
search in Device Manager
restart services
Driver updated
and many other settings or button combinations, all of which did not help
when I enter the word wlan in the bar, only the airplane mode is displayed. No Wi-Fi and no hotspot
Unfortunately I can't make updates without an internet connection. The last one would be on November 1st. Due (as of November 7th)

What do you mean by that? I'm not that good at computers. So I think it would be best to declare things stupid

A virtual machine is a fictional computer that runs like software. You can turn it off and on and thus "take away" programs that cause problems and "fix" them again without installation when the problems have been resolved.
