Why, 65 inches Smart TV jerky streaming through laptop?

I connected my Acer Swift1 laptop, Full HD 1080, to my 65 inch TV Hisense with HDMI cable. The problem is when I look at RTL Now it goes on the laptop full screen. However NOT when I connect the TV with HDMI cable to the laptop. Immediately it starts to jerk, stops, load. If I turn on the small picture on the laptop everything is fine. I can only look on the TV with a small picture. What is the problem?

Would put the frequency of the TV to 100 hertz.

Is the HDMI cable also a source of error?

Rather less, but what can be that you have to specify the TV screen only as a second screen in the laptop.
