Acer Spin 3, I received an exhibit when ordering online, what should I do?

I recently ordered an Acer Spin 3 for 560 Euro from Euronics online. The device has an Intel Core processor i5, 8 GB Ram and 256 SSD, so for the price it is very well equipped. When buying the price, however, was not marked as a savings price or as a savings offer, I assumed that the product would be new. After a week of delivery delay and several calls to support and support from Euronics, because of a technical error, my transfers were not visible to you in the system, I finally got the product. When unpacking then the shock. The sticker of the original packaging (ie where it says "Check Contents if seal is broken") was broken, when I took out the device, I found that it was turned on. I wanted to call support directly but could not reach anyone on Friday afternoon. Since I urgently needed the notebook, I set it up, it seemed to work, so I did not worry about it. On Monday, I found that the notebook had a lot of signs of wear on the outside, so peel off the coating on some edges of the case, even at the corners of the silver color is slightly off. So now I called the support and they told me that Acer would not deliver the model with exactly this equipment and that too many customers had ordered the notebook, so you could send some customers not original packaging goods, but only exhibits, which probably got me too. Of course I'm annoyed that I have not been told that this is not a new product. Did not Euronics actually break the sales contract? Who knows how long the device has been in use… Also with regard to the only half-year warranty of the battery. On the phone I was also told that although I could demand my money back, but just could not get a replacement product because Acer no longer delivers.

I'm now completely undecided what to do. I really need the notebook for my studies right now. The same notebook, so with the same equipment I will probably get nowhere for the same price, only one with poorer features. What would you advise me? With the (relatively strong) traces of use to keep the model? Ask Euronics for compensation (additional equipment, extended warranty, discount, sending a similar equipped model?) Replace the unit and buy one with less features? Unfortunately, I can't really appreciate how tragic it was that it was an exhibit, the relatively heavy signs of use make me worry that other damage to the software or hardware will occur later.

I'm totally undecided now,

I would be glad if someone could give me a prompt advice.

First of all, you either leave STARK in the price and YOU decide whether you keep it or not. Did they say that you can give it back?

Second to know without the exact name 560 euro are now not exactly a bargain for the technical data you call. So a loss this is not seemingly.

My advice. Send it back, take your money and buy elsewhere.
