following problem:
The laptop hangs for a long time and it gets worse and worse, it freezes permanently and can hardly be operated.
Streamers optimize and defragmenzieren anyway all the other things that one finds on YouTube so nothing.
the drive is already busy at 2.1Mb I need help urgently.
Maybe your record has a way.
You could format the hard drive completely and reinstall Windows.
If that does not help, I would immediately buy an SSD.
This is much faster than an HDD.

Backup all data / programs you need
Create a Windows USB stick or CD using the Media Creation Tool
Boot from USB stick / CD
Install Windows
Delete partition (s), leave backup partitions with drivers on it or secure it
Create new partition (s)
Install Windows
Download the latest driver of your laptop from the homepage.
5-6 is optional. You can also install simply over an existing partition.
