SSD can t be booted on the Acer laptop

Moin, I have removed the old 128GB SSD (Win 10 is in there) and 1TB HDD on my Acer Aspire 7 A715-72G and replaced it with a new, faster 2TB SSD, but now I have the problem that I can't change the boot order still install the Win 10 cleanly on the new SSD, because "No bootable device" is displayed. So what else can I do to still work on the laptop without having to disassemble my PC to install the 2TB SSD Win 10?

My boot USB (made bootable with Win 10 2004 with Media Tool) is inside and lights up and the new SSD is also recognized in the BIOS menu, so we can generally completely rule out hardware damage.

The bootable device is the USB stick and not the SSD. You boot now from the USB stick, then you install Windows on the SSD and then you select the SSD as the boot drive.
