(Hey its me, I just wanted to say that I don't have a laptop with me and I'm not used to writing so much from my cell phone so I could have several spelling mistakes and I'm also dyslexic)
(2. Please don't answer like: why are you going abroad at such times, I can't travel through time and undo something)
hey, I was on vacation in Turkey for the last few days, before departure we wanted to do a corona test so that the 14 days of quarentine didn't have to be served (we had no physical contact during the whole vacation and didn't talk to any strangers). Unfortunately, the result was positive for one person (out of four), but because the person showed no symptoms and we were negative with her on vacation, it was said that she would first be taken to the hospital and then the test would be carried out for the second time since an error can't be excluded with the test. (And now the real problem begins) the 2nd result came out as negative and after that there's a possibility that it was never infected but that it was a "false positive". At the beginning we were told that if it has two negative results in a row that we're allowed to fly, it currently seems as if you don't want to do a second test and even if you do one and the negative is you want us keep quarantine in 2 weeks (ABROAD). And all that even though none of us is infected or has had contact with an infected person. We're only kept here because we had a wrong test.
Unfortunately I have an MRI appointment that I'm waiting for a long time and would return as soon as possible (from me you can then be quarantined in Germany for 4 weeks)
I wanted to ask if someone has heard of something like this or something? Who should I call? I don't even have a valid SIM card here. In addition, they are much too stubborn to talk, the 4th person is still kept in the hospital without symptoms with a corona test showing that they are not infected (this is the most current test).
What can I say. Stricter rules usually apply abroad. Now you have to go through…
Consult the German Embassy.
The travel advice says everywhere that you have to expect to be in quarantine after a vacation. So yes, blame yourself.
And yes, if you are actually positive, you have to pass several negative tests before you are considered to be actually negative. So you are simply securing yourself.
At most the German Embassy can do something, but whether they do what is another question.

Here you go.
What citizenship do you have? If it is German, then you can contact the embassy that you will be looked after on site. But you won't be able to make anything big here either. When you entered Turkey, you went into its sovereignty. The rules of the local authorities apply there. If you think that you should still be in quarantine, then there's nothing you can do about it and you have to sit it out. Better keep your fingers crossed that you won't be charged for the fun.
