Laptop spins + steam games do not start?

I recently got a laptop and was really happy about it. But he is super slow, things are very long and the mouse jerks sometimes. Even the old things in school are faster, even faster. It can't be on the internet. Have 6.3 mBs. When I start Steam games like csgo, it crashes when loading or loading the map. And my laptop meets the requirements for csgo. Cheap games are flawlessly playable. But tf2, csgo and Combat arms "do not react" as it always seems to me. What can this be? Do I have a virus? Is something broken? Should I send it to the technician? But that will probably not be cheap either. Micosoft Edge just loaded the minute and that's still possible. Incidentally, Csgo came out in 2012 and is still on every potato, except me, and the laptop is pretty up to date (by Acer).

I have:

4GB DDR3 L Memory (csgo needs 2GB)

intel core i3-5005U (csgo needs i2)

intel HD Graphics 5500 to 2133

1000GB HDD

and "ultra fast wireless speed", you can tell…

The hardware installed here is also terrible

You are seriously trying to gamble with 4GB Ram, a Dualcore (2Ghz) and its integrated graphics card (which is at the level of a Gt710 / 720)?

It's no wonder that the games crash or do not work well

But if Steam says I can play with it, I'm assuming too. Can I do something there? I think this is not as easy as on the PC, where you can simply replace the parts.

The laptop is for office work like word, power point but also surfing the net. For gaming, the laptop is definitely not suitable! Components too old and too weak.

The hang and hang the games is indeed because of the hardware and not on the Internet.

No, most of the components are soldered, in your case the Cpu is most likely soldered to the motherboard and you will not get a Gpu in there

4GB Ram in the laptop? If you have Windows, it is first 2-2.5 GB occupied by the system. So stay 1.5-2GB for the rest, which should run on the PC. Unfortunately that will not work.

i3? This is a CPU for Office (Word etc.) and for web surfing. Definitely not for games. With this integrated graphics card, playing games will not work either.

An HDD then brakes the system then only unnecessarily. Also not good for play.

Everyone can write "ultra fast wireless speed" on their laptop. Because how do you almost define Ultra? That's incredibly fast compared to a human. Not in comparison to other computers.

What do you expect from a PC whose mouse jerky? If I were you, I would play a minimal Linux on it and then use it for Office, Youtube, etc.
