Laptop suddenly mega slow?

I have an Acer laptop with Windows 8.1 that works. Always normal but suddenly it is super slow. I already reset it to factory settings… But it only slowed it down.

Does anyone know why and how to get it faster? It only takes 5 minutes to open the Explorer… Otherwise it was quick.
