Windows 10 startup?

I've had a few noticeable pixel errors when I started Windows 10 for a few days.

So I know that this is not normal, but do I have to worry?

Installed:

AsRock z87m OC formula

16GB Ballistix Sport DDR3

Zotac Geforce GTX 1070 AMP Extreme Edition

Intel core i7-4790k

Corsair CS550M power supply

Two HDDs and two SSDs

The guy in the link below has exactly the same problem… Just with a laptop

If it only happens during the startup process, I think that's a problem caused by Windows.
