So my laptop was actually always fine until I got an error message that it had to be restarted, but it was then in a boot loop for 3 days and then it started again when I logged in, but everything was deleted which I didn't find so bad so I reinstalled everything but every time I restart it or just log out and log in again it says that Windows is being prepared and all my data is deleted again. I wonder why that is and whether there's a solution for it
It almost sounds like your hard drive is giving up.
Or the main board.
I think there's either a problem with the mainboard or the hard drives. This can be exchanged on some devices, but you have to see if it's worth it. Alternatively, you could try to format the hard drives or reset the BIOS.
