Hi
So, I want to install Windows 10 Pro 32 bit via USB stick on a Samsung notebook / Hoyt6yk (Model: NP-R730).
The data can't actually be because I got the OS from the MS site with the aid of the Media Creation Tool.
I have followed the boot order.
PROBLEM: As soon as the stick starts to boot, the ICON comes from Windows 10 and after that the laptop switches itself off abruptly. The luckily returns to normal when I press the ON button again. Why is this happening?
colleague of mine meant that in the BIOS event. A setting that prevents it, because of viruses?
Can someone help me please, the problem is new to me.
Did you really set in the bios that he should boot from the stick?
Uh?
I did not know that there's such an attitude.
Everything English
The way you write it seems to crash during the installation. I recommend you to try the same again with another USB stick, so to create a new stick, again with the Media Creation Tool.
Maybe the current stick yes has any error. You can also unplug unnecessary devices during installation, e.g. Printer or webcams.
You have to adjust the bios in the BIOS that boots the PC from the stick…
Look at the Bios if there's something with "boat" or something and then back the stick to the top.
UPS, I should have written that:
If I plug in the stick, Windows reports that there's a problem but other data work z.b movies
Oh, boot order, yes I did right.
Oh so ok
Alright, that also indicates that the current stick has some defect.
So good chances with another stick.
JUHU.
Can tell if it helped or not.
PS: The info from the friend that the BIOS blocks some boot media is correct, but that is not true when using the Media Creation Tool.
PPS: If the notebook has 8 GB of RAM, you absolutely have to take Windows 10 with 64 bits!
(Even with 4GB of RAM, 64 bits may be useful if the laptop was shipped with a 64-bit system)
Windows offers me if I want to repair or just want to display data. Is repair also sufficient?
I do not quite understand, what steps have you done exactly that you get the "repair" displayed?
In general, you can try a repair if you have problems with the PC. But the repair does not always work.
In addition, I would previously secure your important data.
