My sister has a laptop from Medion, to be precise the Medion Akoya E6415 with an i5 5600u and 4 or 8 GB Ram, even when you start the laptop you don't get a picture, but the fan turns up to 100%. Yesterday he still went but today he doesn't want to start. Connect the thing to an external monitor, if there's no picture or a picture with graphics problems, then the graphics card is in the can. I already had that myself, then watched a YouTube tutorial and googled on the Internet which graphics card works with it, and then installed the thing. Things start at 30 euro, which should be enough even if it's not a gaming laptop with a lot of power.
