Does anyone know a good program that makes the laptop fast again?
My laptop is already 6 years old and has windows 10, it would be a shame if I had to buy a new one (the CPU always has 100% load "fluctuating") and I don't know what the problem is.
Reinstalling Windows often helps. One could also consider switching to a Linux such as ZorinOS.

Why not? I've had zero problems with it for over 20 years.
Can you expand the main memory on the laptop?
Alternatively, remove various applications from the autostart,
Close applications that are not currently required
Remove data from the hard drive, e.g. Save images externally
Here's what you can do to get your PC going.
In the autostart directory, deactivate all programs for which an autostart is not required.
Remove junk data. CCleaner removes garbage data in the GB area in the basic settings.
Then the hard drive should be defragmented.
The last two steps should be done monthly.
A PC also needs maintenance.
I did research to show it here, but I also understood the tips I got myself.
