Some devices don't connect to the internet?

I've been trying to get internet on my laptop for an hour now. Sometimes it is connected for 3 minutes with a ping of only 9ms.

But then it disconnects again and it doesn't even show that the router exists, even though it e.g. Works great on my smartphone.

Did you buy throttled internet?

Try a LAN cable.

Connection still breaks off again and again

We have had this internet for 2 years now

Did it happen before that?

No, this is the first time. And so far everything has been going perfectly

Then it is up to the provider, you can try to reach them by phone.
