Your hard drive no longer contains a readable boot block. Either you have a hardware damage, or marauding software has made your Windows installation unusable (where "marauding software" does not necessarily have to be a pest).

If there are still data on the hard drive that you need, the first and obligatory question is where your backup is. Thereafter, there's an indication that someone who knows, e.g. A computer store that can remove the disk and see if he can copy the data down. If the record itself is defective, then this is only about a professional data recovery service and is really expensive. So it's worth it only if the data has at least a four-digit value for you.

Ne data are not on it anymore. But can't I do anything now?

When I was in Egypt, I had a Linux Mint Live DVD with me. Thus, it does not matter whether the hard drive is booting or missing completely - the computer is fully usable when booting from Live Linux and provides the win with much better software.

At linuxmint.com you get the ISO for the Live DVD and the USB Live Boot Pen. Also at the Linux shops on the web you can buy a live stick for less than 10 euro.

You can download the Media Creation Tool (with another working machine) from Microsoft and try to reinstall Windows 10. If there's no hardware damage, this should work. (If there's one, of course, it must be repaired beforehand, presumably by replacing the hard drive / SSD, which should be the case in this case.)

If on the notebook before Windows 10 was on it, the activation server of Microsoft should recognize the hardware and automatically activate the notebook without key input.
