Think that's a pretty good device. You should only have a second bar of RAM installed. On the one hand, 8GB are a bit weak and since there's probably only one installed, this costs you performance. The AMD APU's really blossom in the dual channel.
That's a really nice laptop. RAM is unfortunately only 1x 8GB installed, I would still retrofit. OS is still missing.
But is the only really correct tip. Gaming, laptop and maybe you can say in one sentence in 20 - 30 years but at the moment that is still something that does not exist.

Not really. The TUF with an additional 8GB 3.2GHz SO-DIMM and a Windows license costs about 1040 euro.
The 4800H is up to eight threads as potent as a 3700x, a 90W 2060 has about the performance of a 1660ti. If you consider that you get a 144Hz panel, that's very cheap.
