Hi, my new Asus laptop that has already been exchanged 2x and repaired 2x in 1 month zicks around again, now the glue on the edge of the display has come off. Is it possible that the glue is basically too weak or why does it go off after 1 week even after re-gluing? Can you request that other glue be used for repairs?
I'm extremely disappointed with Asus' quality and am already considering buying a device from Razer.
So usually the frame is "clipped", there's nothing "spared".
The LCD display itself is delivered as a unit and is not glued on site - so I could not assign your question.
But there's glue that comes off. This is a cyphyrus from Asus. There are visible residues of adhesive where it comes off.
