When I just wanted to turn on my Acer laptop, suddenly nothing worked.
When I turned it on it said "Automatic repair" for a short time, then it loaded briefly and now the screen is light gray and I can't do anything.

Do you still have the disk with the installation file? Switch off the laptop by force and let it start with this data carrier.
After the first phase, do not choose "install", but "repair" at the bottom left. Only if that does not work, you have a serious defect and then it is a case for the professionals in the pc shop.
What do you mean by disk with the installation file? Only an HDD is installed in the laptop, nothing else.
