Windows face recognition suddenly stops working?

I have the microsoft surface pro 5 and the facial recognition always worked perfectly. Suddenly not for a few weeks anymore (didn't work at all, I switched on the laptop and had to enter the pin immediately), so I looked in the settings and it said that no compatible camera was found, although I have one because it was always worked until now.
