Problems playing certain audio CDs?

The problem is:

The playback of certain audio CDs does not work on the laptop. The CDs are either not recognized at all, or if they are recognized there's no reasonable playback. The CDs scratch and distort, as with total analog overload, so that no music is recognizable at all. The Windiows media player then stops after a short time. The CDs are new and industrially manufactured and optically perfect. The problem occurs with all existing drives, i.e. With the external TRANSCEND TS8XDVDs just like with the built-in TsST Corporation CDDVDW SN208 FB. The problem also occurs independently of the software being played and does not work under Windows Media Player, VLC Player, AsusPlayer or EAC. I try the CD with an audio editor, such as WAVE Editor, Ocean, Audacity, etc. So an error message immediately comes up: "The file can't be opened because of an error, or nothing happens, or the program is asked with which program the file should be opened. Then I give a player, such as Windows Media player, so all the fun starts all over again The music on the CDs is in CDA format I'm working with Windows 8.1 and the computer is an Asus K95V laptop.

The mentioned CDs run perfectly on my external HiFi CD players (such as: Onkyo C7030, Denon DCD 550AE and Philips CDR820.

As I said, it only affects certain CDs.

What could be the problem here?

If it's not a bad burner, it doesn't read all the CDs… Then an external better burner is recommended

It is not only the one burner, but also the built-in burner, as I have already written and that both burners are "bad" I hardly think.
