Should I use the larger RAM or the better graphics card with my gaming notebook?

Hi. At the media market there's a gaming notebook in 2 models (Asus TUF Gaming)

All components are the same, except…

Model 1: 512 GB SSD

16 GB RAM

AMD Radeon RX 560 X 4 GB

Model 2: 256 GB SSD

8 GB RAM

NVIDIAGeForce GTX 1050 4GB

Should I take model 1 or model 2? Would do some projects with Word and Powerpoint and play games like Forza Horizon 4, Fortnite… The currently popular games stop. (Model 1 and 2 have same price)

The RX 560X is even better than ne 1050, plus more RAM

Je

The RX 560x and the GTX 1050 do not pay much in performance.

Since I would rather take the larger SSD and larger RAM.

For Forza Horizon 4, both cards are borderline, but they will run.

And what if Model 1 has an AMD Ryzen 5 3550H and Model 2 has an Intel Core i7 8750H?

Cu

The i7 is better, but would still take the Ryzen. That is enough for the video card and does not slow it down

It does not matter both are not gaming devices

A gaming laptop should have at least a GTX 1050 TI better a 1060 has everything underneath it is junk
