I have an Asus Rog Strix Scar iii Rtx 2070 and checked something with verify.exe, but nothing changed.

Suddenly everything jerky and the GPU no longer goes over 300 MHz, whether idle or turbo…

The load is 2-11%, nothing works smoothly anymore.

I've already reinstalled all the drivers, tried general things, uninstalled the GPU, deleted programs like Afterburner and everything I could find…

It is also very loud and the CPU is constantly at 1200-4000mhz, although nothing is done. Temperatures fluctuate enormously there. Already tried to display the Intel GPU or something else, nothing works

Maybe you don't (properly) have your power supply inside.
