I use an Asus laptop that is over 10 years old and it feels like the screen is pretty dazzling. If I turn the brightness down too far, I don't see anything. It's somehow due to the sharpness, as everything looks dazzling and dazzling and is totally exhausting to look inside. Are newer monitors gentler on my eyeballs or am I just imagining it?
Sitting too much in front of a screen is always bad for your eyes and can affect them over the years. However, it should be the same for every screen.
There are certain settings that are perfect for the eyes, but you can adjust them for each screen bespw. The blue light filter can be set under Windows
