Asus laptop restore factory condition?

Today I initiated the restoration of my asus netbook with touchscreen via the settings

I have Windows 10 on it and the netbook is from the end of 2016

now the process has started displaying progress from 0 to 100%

it took a long time.

Then it restarted and somehow hangs

it switches itself off and on and the following screen comes up and the whole thing repeats itself constantly

I also had an Acer laptop once, after which Windows unfortunately had to be reloaded
