Hi, yesterday I assembled my gaming PC. When I connected the screen to the PC, it stayed black. I checked the cable and the screen in front of it on my laptop and both worked. I have the ASUS X570 Plus motherboard and the Q LED shows Dram. That means it is probably due to the RAM. (Corsair Vengeance 4x8GB 3600mhz.) I've heard that you can enter the BIOS with a compatible RAM and then change something that the new RAM is also compatible. Is that correct?

Which RAM works depends on the combination of processor and mainboard.

Clocking down can work if it is too fast, but does not have to be.

OK thanks

Maybe you connected the screen to the mainboard. If so, connect it to the graphics card.

I've already connected the monitor to the graphics card
