My laptop is an Asus Vivobook with an Intel Core i5 10th generation 1035g1 processor with 8 processor cores and 8 threads and with Intel UHD graphics and it is brand new and cost over 500 euro.
I can play all my other games like Resident 7, Outlast, Layers of Fear on my laptop without any problems but somehow I don't want to start anymore before I could still play it normally without problems. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it didn't work
My sister still has a Sony Vaio laptop with a low processor, 5 processor cores and an Nvidia geforce graphics card, and with her the game starts without any problems and you can play it on it without any problems
What can that be? As I said, a few weeks ago I was able to play Zuma on my laptop without any problems… I also recently had an update on my laptop.
You can try again by right-clicking to check properties and files for errors.
Alternatively, maybe just reinstall Steam again.
