Do you have any other suggestions?
The first one you've listed is very good, because he has a lot of RAM for a laptop with 16 GB, and in addition to the other two, he has an Nvidia graphics card that promises significantly better performance than an Intel graphics card. The price of the third laptop, I even find something bold, I have a similar laptop, only the processor is worse, bought for 369 euro.
RAM is the same everywhere. The ASUS VivoBook has a slightly more powerful processor compared to the other two devices. The size of the SSD is the same for all devices. Is just questionable, if you just need 256 GB of memory. The other device from ASUS still had a dedicated graphics card, would not be bad in your case.
I would buy any of the devices, because you get something better in the price range. At Media Markt and Saturn you only have a very small selection of notebooks with a bad price-performance ratio.
For example, look at the following device for 805 euro:

Compared to the two devices from ASUS you save 100 or 300 euro. Nevertheless, you have the same amount of memory (16 GB), also a 256 GB SSD, but in addition a 1 TB (1000 GB) HDD. Furthermore, here as in the one device from ASUS an Intel Core i7-8565U installed.
It is a 13.3 inch device. I personally would be too small, but seems to be alright for you, because, for example, the device shown by you by Dell is only 13.3 inches tall.
Here is another device from ASUS for 1.000 euro: https://www.notebooksbilliger.de/...3fa+a4081t
Also an i7-8565U, 16 GB RAM, a 256 GB SSD and a GeForce MX150. So you would save 100 euro compared to the first device and have the same hardware. However, the device is again (only) a 13.3-inch device and not a 14 incher.
For most image / video editing, only high power CPU is required. GPU performance is less in demand.
Of the notebooks offered, No. 1 should be the best choice. The MX150 is so poor that it does not matter.
What I find alarming are the small TFT sizes, which is usually pretty bad on such small monitors to perform a reasonable image / video editing.
The prices are generally very high in the media market.
Here's an alternative that is cheaper and has faster and larger TFT
