I have a new laptop and I want to install Office 2013 Professional Plus. I bought the key. Everything went wonderful on my old laptop. Now the installation is aborted and the following error message appears:

2: {1DCC307A-F98F-42139-AA13-0F17815DF9F9}
3: 0x80131049

The support of the key does not help. Net.Framework is installed. The firewall was adjusted accordingly (unless I did something wrong).
What could it be? Is there still a possibility to download the installation file somewhere else?
Do you have an antivirus or similar installed? If so, I would disable the program for the time of installation. Is the installation medium okay?
No, I have not and from the same installation medium, I have the last time installed.
Office 2013 Pro Plus can only be installed once (with the key)
The thing is still that the file can't be installed before I have to enter the key at all…
Download the file and install it with the new one.
Did not work either. Everything already done. But I have now identified the source of the error.
If someone has the same problem.
Although Windows Explorer can open the IMG file and also start the installation file, it does not simulate an actual "CD". Therefore, it is still imperative that you open the IMG file with an appropriate program (such as Daemon Tools).
