Prefer Razer Stealth 13 i7 10 gen or Razer Stealth 15 i7 9 gen for VT?

I wanted to ask which notebook I should rather buy for a new computer science teaching that the laptop VT must be capable and has at least 16 GB RAM.

The Razer Stealth 13 1650ti has 16 gb ram and i7 from the 10 gen but the problem is I don't know if it packs with the VT because of the slim design CPU clock speeds thermal throttling.

I have already ordered the Razer Stealth 13, should I return it and get the Razer Stealth 15 2070 rtx 16gb ram?
