But if you want something specific, then it's worth spending the few euro more and configuring your dream laptop completely yourself. It's cheaper than you think!
Originally I always bought IBM Thinkpads, then Lenovo. They all still work, nothing ever broke "by itself" and e.g. Broken displays were exchanged quickly and cheaply. In the meantime, however, I'm seriously disappointed with the quality and that's not why they are really cheaper. Now I buy from Tuxedo, they have a selection of rises and the quality and robustness are just right.
