So, I feel a little stupid to ask, but there was something online that you Sells laptops (a business has) but wants to bring out smartphones as a "company", so to speak (just one example!) Another business that needs smartphones. I'm kind of confused because I thought it was all one. (Can run)
Take the generic term. E.g. Electrical items
You specify a company purpose when founding. Then you can simply try to take something abstract like "buying and selling electronic items". Maybe that's too general. But then the lawyer / notary who will organize the foundation with you will surely be able to advise you.
I say, as long as you don't have to meet certain requirements for the products, you can actually sell everything (normal) with a shop!
So laptops, like cell phones, but no drugs or chemicals.
Okay, I just thought that you need an extra business for every single product. ^^
Only issues a fine notice if the office notices this. A false business ad is as expensive as a missing one…
It's all a business. But if you want to sell goods other than what is shown in your business ad, you have to make a re-registration (extension). Therefore you should always use generic terms, such as Elekrtoartikel.
If you trade in goods other than the one you have registered, it is just as fine as a missing registration.
You can sell almost anything, but you also have to register it.
How is someone supposed to find out?
How can someone prove that?
According to which paragraph is this subject to a fine?
How much is the fine?
In light of your argument-free appearance, you don't have the faintest idea and you're just trying to scare people.
A customer inquires or complains to the trade office.
An advertisement or an advertisement on the net is enough.
Section 146 (2) No. 2 in conjunction with § 14 GewO
That depends on the individual case, up to 1,000 euro.
I have no idea I've been taking care of poor sausages like this for advice like yours for 20 years.
The right advice would be: Pay the administration fee (approx. 20 euro) for the re-registration and everything is good!
Thanks for the reason with the statement of the law. I hereby withdraw my claim that you have no idea. At the beginning, however, you argued like the others who want to impress with threats and fear, so my assessment.
I have been taking care of people who are anything but poor sausages for 35 years and have never been exposed to them. They didn't even change the names of the people involved in the trade and were fined in double digits.
The "opponents" are after all trade offices, regulatory offices and chambers of industry and commerce.
I would like to see or edit a fine of 500 euro for a business purpose added.
