That depends on the distribution you are using. With Ubuntu, Steam can be installed from the repositories. But it doesn't mean that the Velocidrone is running.

At Manjaro it's in the AUR, I think. With others you just have to use a search engine.
PS: according to the Velocidrone website, this is not available for Linux. But you can try to install it via Wine or PlayOnLinux.

Just install the steam under linux. Thanks to the integrated proton, many games can be run directly.

You can install Steam either from the repositories of your distribution (recommended) or directly from the Steam website (not recommended for beginners). However, I didn't find Velocidrone on Steam.

As indicated there you have to unzip the archive, make the file "VelociDrone_x86" executable (e.g. With chmod) and then execute it to start the program.
In another comment you wrote that you do not have the minimum requirements for the game, so problems can arise (e.g. Game does not start, is too slow, …), and there are other known problems depending on the Linux distribution you are using for which you can find solutions in the link above.
