I have been (successfully) losing weight for a few weeks. Now I would like to graphically display my successes, print them out and hang them on the toilet. In the mid-90s, my PC had a program where you could simply enter the days along the x-axis and your weight along the y-axis. My current laptop is missing something like that. Is there a good page on the internet? Or more? Please free of charge…
Just take excel or openoffice.
Well whatever 😃
Infogr.am is suitable for this, but as the previous speaker already described, the fastest solution is an Excel tool. If you have Excel and the data should change frequently, i.e. Further continuous weight loss, then Knime is suitable, a tool to insert xls and xlsx (Excel files) and the program also creates an infographic that you can customize, however for advanced. In a nutshell, use Excel 😇
Excellent!
With pleasure, and continue to achieve good results! 😇
If the app is FDDB, it can also be called up on the PC via the website.
There you can enter your weight whenever you want and create a sketch e.g. Over a period of 5 years, 1 year, 3 months.
It looks like this for me. You can filter the time span yourself. Weight etc. You can update it daily and thus enter it if you want. Can also fill in body fat and water if you want.
Is also a calorie diary.
Perfect! Just great!
